Leaders Inspiring Leaders (LIL) offers a supportive space for first-time EDs/CEOs from nonprofits of all sizes to connect, share experiences, and seek advice within the Westchester nonprofit community. Sessions revolve around mutual topics of interest, fostering peer learning and problem-solving.
Who should attend: First-time EDs/CEOs of NPW member organizations, who have been in their position for 3 years or less. NPW Members only.
