Inside the Nonprofit Sector — On Thursday, March 20th, 2025 over 200 nonprofit, healthcare, government and business leaders joined us for the launch of NPW’s Inside the Sector Series: Strengthening Westchester's Health & Economy: New Data Revealed where experts unveiled compelling new data demonstrating the essential role nonprofits play in driving Westchester’s economy and advancing community health outcomes.
Summer Celebration & Networking Party — With over 130 people in attendance, Westchester's nonprofit, business, and government sectors came together for an evening of connection, collaboration, and celebration at the Hudson River Museum.
NPW Emerging Leaders Program — An 11-month professional development program that supports “emerging leaders” to grow their nonprofit knowledge, leadership skills, and nurture collaboration in the nonprofit sector. In this picture, the Emerging Leaders were hosted by Feeding Westchester.
Nonprofit Matters: Banks & Nonprofits Partnering for Good: The Community Reinvestment Act — To wrap up NPW’s Nonprofit Matter Series, over 60 attendees joined us to explore how financial institutions and nonprofits can collaborate to drive meaningful community impact, specifically through the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).
2025 Nonprofit Forum with Westchester NYS Senate & Assembly Delegation Members — Westchester's nonprofit sector came out in full force at a standing-room-only budget forum to discuss issues such as prompt nonprofit contracting, affordable housing, mental health, childcare, food insecurity, human rights/criminal justice reform, and more.
Executive Directors/CEOs Affinity Group — ED/CEO’s connect with peers and share ideas, experience, and wisdom related to unique challenges and opportunities faced by nonprofit EDs and CEOs.
Advocacy Learning Lab — One of three full-day training programs within NPW’s Nonprofit Learning Labs designed for nonprofit staff to gain practical strategies for effective advocacy at both the local and state levels, while deepening their understanding of how legislative advocacy serves as a powerful tool to dismantle systemic barriers and drive lasting change.
